General Info

  • Pose: sit up comfortably with your spine straight.
  • Breathing: is from the belly, not the chest.
    • Inhale: watch your belly button rise away from you.
    • Exhale: press your belly button deeply in toward your pelvis.
  • Nostril: use gentle pressure from ring finger to close.

  1. Close left nostril. Inhale into right nostril.
  2. Close right nostril. Exhale through left nostril.

  1. Close right nostril. Inhale into left nostril.
  2. Close left nostril. Exhale through right nostril.

  1. Nostrils open. Inhale into both.
  2. Nostrils open. Exhale through both.

  2. Breathe at normal rate and duration.

  1. Perform sub-set 2..

  1. Perform sub-set 3.

Set 4

  1. Repeat sub-set 3 again.
  2. Hold the breath as long as possible.
